Job Overview:
Euroteck Environmental Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced and dynamic Tele Caller to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience, preferably in the wastewater industry, and be proficient in English, Hindi, and Telugu. The role requires strong customer service, email marketing, and convincing skills to engage and retain clients effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote Euroteck’s water and wastewater treatment solutions.
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide information about products, services, and solutions.
- Generate leads, follow up on prospects, and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication.
- Engage in email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive business opportunities.
- Maintain and update customer databases with accurate details and interactions.
- Achieve monthly targets for lead generation and customer engagement.
- Address customer queries, provide solutions, and escalate issues when necessary.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to enhance business development strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: 3-5 years in telecalling, sales, or customer service, preferably in the wastewater treatment industry.
- Languages: Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Telugu is a must.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer Service: Strong ability to handle customer queries and maintain satisfaction.
- Email Marketing Knowledge: Understanding of email campaigns, lead nurturing, and follow-ups.
- Convincing Skills: Ability to influence and convert potential clients into customers.
- Technical Awareness: Basic knowledge of water and wastewater treatment solutions will be an added advantage.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and email communication.
